My experience with O'Brien Nissan was fantastic! It was a very refreshing car-buying experience from beginning to end. Their facility feels upscale and bright, and communication before and after the sale with the entire team has been exceptional. My sales professional Andrew was personable and helpful with every question or concern I had and a pleasure to work with. He sent me a video with himself giving a walkaround of the vehicle at the beginning, which made feel more comfortable after seeing the car and putting a face with the name. Due to some financial issues I had when I was younger, I am still rebuilding my credit so I was hesitant to apply for a car loan. He answered every question I had with class and I never felt uncomfortable or pressured once. I was unfortunately denied by the first wave of traditional lenders, but Andrew was completely understanding and reassuring. If the journey had ended there, I still would have been happy and satisfied with my experience. However, members of the finance team were able to help secure financing through other lending options they had, so Andrew and I were able to complete the sale and I was able to go home with a vehicle I loved for a great price! Brian the Finance Manager was quick, professional, and fun to work with while signing. Jason the Service Manager was great as well! From the General Manager on down, everyone here was polite, friendly and helpful. And even after the sale, they showed they truly are committed to their customers, not just a gimmick like many other dealers. I highly recommend O'Brien Nissan to anyone looking for a car.
